Order Dispatch All orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 1-3 business days. During peak periods, please allow up to 5 business days for dispatch.
Address Errors If you notice any mistakes in the address provided, please email us immediately with the subject line 'URGENT' so we can correct it before the order is shipped. Unfortunately, if a package fails to deliver due to an 'insufficient address,' we cannot offer compensation.
Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note that tracking may take 2-4 days to update, so we appreciate your patience.
