Return and Refund Policy
1. Order Cancellation
- Change of Mind: You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. To cancel, please email our support team at contact@ccssensoryplay.com.
- Order Modification: If you need to change the size or variants of your product, contact us within 12 hours before we process your order.
2. Dispatch & Delivery
- Dispatch Notice: We will provide dispatch and tracking details via email once your order is shipped.
- Delivery Times: Standard delivery times are 8-12 business days.
3. Return Policy
- Eligibility: You have 14 days from the date you receive your product to request a return. The product must be complete, undamaged, and in its original packaging with the seal intact for sensory bases.
- Health & Safety: We do not accept returns of any sensory base that has been opened for health and safety reasons.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@ccssensoryplay.com. Returns must be approved before you send the item back.
- Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility and are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
4. Damages and Issues
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with a photo, and we will replace the damaged items at no additional cost.
- Play-Damaged Items: We do not replace items damaged through play. However, sensory kit items can be provided for a fee.
5. Lost or Stolen Orders
- Responsibility: CC’s Sensory Play Store is not responsible for lost or stolen items confirmed as delivered by the courier. We do not offer reimbursement or replacements for such orders.
6. Exchanges
- Exchange Process: The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original product and place a new order for the replacement. The return must be approved before sending the item back.
7. Refunds
- Refund Approval: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Refund Processing: If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
